Voyager Capital Management Opens Rockford, Ill., Office
Voyager Capital Management, LLC, has opened a new office in Rockford, Ill., to enhance its financial planning, investment management and personalized consulting to its clients in Rockford and the Rock River Valley.
The office is in Suite 130 at 4615 E. State Street, just east of Alpine Road between Alder and Ridgeview avenues. The phone number is 815-229-9001.
“The opening of the State Street office enhances our commitment to a high level of service for our many Rockford clients who rely on Voyager for financial planning, investment management and personalized consulting,” said Robert “Bob” Anderson, a principal at Voyager.
Anderson said the Rockford office is a growth opportunity for Voyager as high-net-worth individuals seek a higher level of customer service. “We cater to individuals who want a higher level of attention. We operate Voyager as a boutique firm so we can provide that level of attention and best serve our clients,” he said. Voyager also manages 401(k) plans and other services for corporations, and serves foundations and non-profit organizations.
Anderson, a native of Rockford who also has extensive experience in investment management in the community, will serve clients of the new Rockford office along with Amy Barrett, another Voyager principal who has clientele in Rockford.
Voyager selected the East State Street location due to its central location in the Rockford area and since the Alpine and State area east of downtown is so familiar to residents. The office is in the PNC bank building, and has a separate entrance on the east side of the building.
