Robert J. Anderson is the Managing Member, a Principal, financial advisor and Chief Compliance Officer of Voyager Capital Management, LLC. Bob has been involved in the financial services industry since 1987 that includes investment, insurance, trust, qualified plans and investment advisory services. Bob has taught consumer education courses at Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University in 1987. Bob majored in economics. He previously earned an Associate Degree in Business from Rock Valley College in 1984. Bob is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®).

Bob is and has been an active member of the Williams Bay Lions Club and serves on the advisory board for the Milwaukee Salvation Army.


 

Joann C. Fritz

Joann received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Other education includes attending Cannon Trust School from 1994–1996 and 2000.

Prior to joining Voyager Capital Management, Joann worked for more than 11 years with Amcore Investment Group in Woodstock, Illinois. While at Amcore, she served as an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer with responsibilities in trust administration, estate planning, investment management, and financial planning.

Joann was awarded the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in 1997, has passed the Series 65, Investment Advisor Exam. Joann is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®)

Joann is a member of the Big Foot FFA Alumni. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, gardening, biking and enjoying outdoor activities.


 

Jeffrey S. Syslack

Jeffrey has more than 30 years of experience in the trust and banking industry where he specialized in personal trust and corporate retirement plans. He has been actively involved in the sale and delivery of investment management, estate planning, and financial planning for high net-worth individuals and families. His experience includes managing trust offices and trust departments for Marine National Exchange Bank (now J.P. Morgan), Norwest (now Wells Fargo), and First Bank (now US Bank).

He also worked with Strong Capital Management where he was a senior relationship manager and financial advisor with its Private Client Group, and with the Ellenbecker Investment Group.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.

Jeffrey is a member of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council, the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals, Ltd., and the Wisconsin Bar Association, and has served on the boards of the American Heart Association, the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra, and the Wisconsin Employee Benefit Association.

He is currently an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Elm Grove Golden K and volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin.


 

Darwin Logterman

Darwin was born in Elkhorn, WI and grew up on a dairy farm in the Delavan, WI, area. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Milton College in Milton, WI.

After college, Darwin moved to California where he worked in the accounting and finance departments for Freemont Comp Insurance Co. for 14 years.

Darwin has passed the Series 65, Investment Advisor Exam since he began working at Voyager Capital Management in December 2008.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and a significant number of his extended family who live in the area.


 

Mesine Bukalski

Mesine Bukalski began working at Voyager Capital Management in 2002. She is responsible for preparing client reports and maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, schedule meetings and help troubleshoot problems.

In addition to servicing clients, Mesine coordinates conferences and special events throughout the year.

Mesine enjoys spending her free time with her husband, her two dogs, and her extended family.
