Robert J. Anderson, CFP® is an investment advisor and Principal of Voyager Capital Management, LLC. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University in 1987, Bob got started in the financial services industry at A.G. Edwards & Sons as a traditional registered representative. Discovering that he wanted to do more for his client’s best interest, Bob left the brokerage firm and shortly began a new career at Amcore Trust Company as a Securities Coordinator. After learning the back office operations of a trust company, a few years later he joined up with a new fledgling company Savant Capital Management. Bob stayed with Savant for several years and enjoyed being part of company on the cusp of investment advisory services. In 1999, Bob went out on his own to start his own advisory firm and soon landed in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin with what is now Voyager Capital Management, LLC. Bob continues to help individuals and small businesses with their investment, planning and company retirement plans.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University in 1987. Bob majored in economics. He previously earned an Associate Degree in Business from Rock Valley College in 1984. Bob is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®). Bob is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Bob resides in Lake Geneva with his family. He is the father of two boys who keep him active. Bob is also actively supports the community, serving on the Lake Geneva Swim Club Board as treasurer and supports the Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra. Bob spends his free time with his boys watching the Brewers and Cubs games and going to swim meets.

Rachael Nickelsen is a Financial Advisor at Voyager Capital Management, LLC. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biblical Studies from Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, Iowa in 1996. She later went on to earn a Master’s of Business Administration from Aurora University in 2009.
Rachael started in the financial services industry in 2012 at Wells Fargo Advisors where she served as a Client Associate. She obtained her Series 7, Series 66, and the State of Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance license. In 2014 she served as an Account Executive and later as a Client Advisor at Raymond James Financial Services. Rachael earned an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation from the College of Financial Planning in 2019.
Rachael grew up in Walworth County. She resides in Elkhorn with her husband and children. Rachael enjoys spending her free time with her family boating on Geneva Lake.
Rachael enjoys building relationships with clients while seeking to understand their needs, goals, mission and estate wishes.
Jeffrey S. Syslack
Jeffrey has more than 30 years of experience in the trust and banking industry where he specialized in personal trust and corporate retirement plans. He has been actively involved in the sale and delivery of investment management, estate planning, and financial planning for high net-worth individuals and families. His experience includes managing trust offices and trust departments for Marine National Exchange Bank (now J.P. Morgan), Norwest (now Wells Fargo), and First Bank (now US Bank).
He also worked with Strong Capital Management where he was a senior relationship manager and financial advisor with its Private Client Group, and with the Ellenbecker Investment Group.
Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.
Jeffrey is a member of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council, the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals, Ltd., and the Wisconsin Bar Association, and has served on the boards of the American Heart Association, the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra, and the Wisconsin Employee Benefit Association.
He is currently an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Elm Grove Golden K and volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin.
Darwin was born in Elkhorn, WI and grew up on a dairy farm in the Delavan, WI, area. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Milton College in Milton, WI.
After college, Darwin moved to California where he worked in the accounting and finance departments for Freemont Comp Insurance Co. for 14 years.
Darwin has passed the Series 65, Investment Advisor Exam since he began working at Voyager Capital Management in December 2008.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and a significant number of his extended family who live in the area.
Client Service Administrator
Mesine Bukalski began working at Voyager Capital Management in 2002. She is responsible for preparing client reports and maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, schedule meetings and help troubleshoot problems.
In addition to servicing clients, Mesine coordinates conferences and special events throughout the year.
Mesine enjoys spending her free time with her husband, her two dogs, and her extended family.
Mike Wesolowski, the newest addition to the Voyager Capital Management Team, began in October 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with majors in Economics and Finance, from Loyola University of Chicago in 2010. Not long after graduating, Mike moved to Thailand and became a teacher. While living in Thailand, Mike enrolled in the CFA institute. There, he passed the CFA Level 1 Exam and is now a CFA Level 2 Candidate. Mike passed the Series 7, Series 66, and the State of Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance Exams at the end of 2018 and early 2019.
He currently assists senior members of staff in numerous aspects of the business ranging from client onboarding to portfolio management and financial planning. He is presently transitioning into the investment advisor role.
As a family man, former Division 1 athlete, and an active member of the community, Mike enjoys coaching his son’s Elkhorn soccer team, leading his son’s Cub Scout Den, exercising, and spending precious time with his wife and two children.
